01 General Terms & Conditions

God Bet is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other designated regions. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between God Bet and its users.

• These Terms are published in both English and Bangla — in the event of any conflict, the Bangla version shall prevail.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering with God Bet. Accounts created with false or incorrect details will be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Registration Terms

• You must be at least 18 years of age and be prepared to verify your identity.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Providing your correct name, date of birth, address, and mobile number is mandatory.
• God Bet may request documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time.
• Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Transferring, selling, or lending your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

God Bet follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to maintain a secure and transparent environment. Identity verification may be required before withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount. This may include a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits on God Bet can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved methods. All deposits are credited to your account instantly.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Maximum limits vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made only from an account in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is not permitted.
• Suspicious transactions may be investigated as part of anti-money laundering measures.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold indefinitely in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

04 Betting Rules

All members are required to follow certain fundamental rules when betting on God Bet. These rules apply equally to everyone, and violations may result in the suspension of betting privileges.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature).
• Bets placed after a match has started will be governed solely by Live Betting rules.
• Minimum bet amount is ৳50. Maximum limits vary by event.
• If an event is cancelled, your stake will be fully refunded.
• If a bet cannot be processed due to a technical issue, God Bet reserves the right to make the final decision.
• A maximum of 8 events can be added to a single multi-bet.
• Accounts may be subject to investigation if unusual betting patterns are detected.

Result Determination

All event results are determined in accordance with announcements from officially and internationally recognised bodies. God Bet's decision on result determination is final and binding.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

God Bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses.

Wagering Requirements

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements, which are stated alongside the bonus offer.
• A minimum odds of 1.50 is required to qualify for wagering.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.

Bonus Abuse

God Bet strictly prohibits bonus abuse and manipulation. If abuse is suspected, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

• Claiming the same bonus multiple times across different accounts is prohibited.
• Unusual betting strategies used to extract profits from bonuses are not permitted.
• God Bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on God Bet and will result in permanent account closure.

• Using the platform through fraud, deception, or any other unlawful means.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Betting using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illicit funds.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network.
• Attempting to hack or damage God Bet's systems.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other members.

07 Account Suspension & Termination

God Bet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances.

• In cases of Terms & Conditions violations.
• If required verification documents are not submitted.
• In cases of suspicious or unusual transactions.
• If you voluntarily request to close your account.
• In cases of prolonged account inactivity.

If your account is suspended, your real balance (excluding bonuses) will remain safe and be returned once the investigation is complete, unless fraud is proven.
